Take a tablespoon of Mashooq oil and combine it with paraffin wax; you can even add a drop or two of essential oil. Massage into the hands and sit comfortably, palms up, eyes closed, for 15-20 minutes while it gently conditions and softens your hands and protects them from further damage.
